20-20-20 rule:

You need to look at something that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes while using technology.

Near and Far Focus:

Hold your thumb 10 inches away from your face and fous on it for 15 seconds, then shift your focus to something 10 to 20 ft away for 15 seconds. Shift your focus back to the thumb. Do this five times.

Blink Break:

Try to blink your eyes often, set a timer to remind yourself.

Dark Leafy Greens:

Dark leafy greens vegetables such as Kale and Spinach are rich in vitamin C and E. Most dark leafy green vegetables contains vitamin A which lower your chances of getting eye diseases, helps with vision, and build your immune system strong.

Sweet Potatoes:

Fruits and vegetables that are orange colored are high in beta carotene, which is a form of vitamin A such as sweet Potatoes and carrots. Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin C, A and a little vitamin E. Vitamin A helps with vision and vitamin C builds your immune system stronger.

Eggs:

The yolk in the egg contains lutein and zeaxanthin which will block the blue light that will protect your retina. Then it will help boost the amount of protective pigment in the macula, the part of the eye that control central vision.
