You need to look at something that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes while using technology.
Hold your thumb 10 inches away from your face and fous on it for 15 seconds, then shift your focus to something 10 to 20 ft away for 15 seconds. Shift your focus back to the thumb. Do this five times.
Try to blink your eyes often, set a timer to remind yourself.
